It is quite common and desirable for an eighteen year old undergraduate to have a sweetheart in the same campus. Some get romantically involved in their second or third year, but the relationship hardly ever makes it to the next level. 1.  Do not put your handset in your underwear.
2.  Never allow your hand set to vibrate on your skin.
3.  Make use of an ear phone while receiving calls for more than 5 minutes.
4. Too much focus on the light rays from the phone does the pupil more harm than good.
5.  Never place it on your palm while asleep nor put it underneath your pillow.
6. Do not receive or make calls while it is connected to power.

Are You Stressed?

• In a small heavy sauce pan over low to medium low heat, add milk.Slowly bring milk to gentle simmer or until it begins to bubble around the edges. Do not let the mixture boil. Remove the heat.
• Gradually stir hot milk into beaten egg/ sugar mixture.
• Pour mixture back in a sauce pan. Over low heat, stirring constantly, heat until the mixture thickens and will coat the back of a spoon with a thin film, approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Once the custard is cool, cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled;

Esan Marriage

The Esan traditional marriage as it is very unique in it form, structure and rituals, yes rituals!

The introduction can be done separately or alongside the marriage on the same day. In the introduction, the bride puts on any native attire not necessarily same with the groom. They are both called out separately and asked who their object of interest is. Then they are both advised and told the implication of the lifelong union they are both about to get engaged in as it is just for the two families to know eachother. The introduction is really not spectacular in itself.
